    As is apparently showed in the chart above, the number of Sohoers, who work at small office or home office, has been climbing over the past several decades after computers established in the business world. Along with the appearance of the Internet, the number of Sohoers has soared and it has rocketed to 70 million in 2010.
    Generally speaking, the reasons why the number of Sohoers is constantly on the rise are as follows. Firstly, with the advance of computer network and the availability of computers, people can accomplish many remote works through computers at home. Secondly, because working from home is an effective way to ease the ever-growing traffic pressure, such way of working is encouraged by government. Thirdly, in order to enhance the working enthusiasm of the workers, many companies create a humanized working mechanism for employees—working from home.
    In my mind, working at home is worthy of advocating, because it not only brings convenience to people’s life, but also benefits the environment of our society.
