    The above picture reflects the importance of cooperation. As far as I am concerned, if a team wants to achieve a common goal, each member of the team is supposed to forget his or her own interests and work together for the team.
    It is generally believed that cooperation is of great importance to the final success of a team. Without cooperation, a person is unable to succeed, especially in this increasingly interdependent society. By cooperation, strengths of each member of a group can be integrated so that the goal can be achieved easily.
    Therefore, in order to benefit each individual, we should lay great emphasis on cooperation. Only when each member of a team realizes the significance of cooperation can the ultimate success be achieved from which each individual can benefit a lot.
