    I am writing to enquire about one course provided by your university. I wonder whether I can enroll on this course to increase my knowledge about food science, which is certain to help me deal with some problems in my job and further my career.
    I am currently working for a restaurant and my employer has recently decided to integrate some western food options in our menu, but we have little knowledge about the impact of bacon, sausage and cheese on health.     I believe that I am qualified and well-prepared for attending this course.
