答案     It is reported that China has the largest number of Internet users. Internet has become a more and more influential form of new media. On the one hand, netizens have more say about current affairs and cyber democracy. On the other hand, there are more reports on cyber crimes. So what makes a responsible netizen? I think the answer is to promote netizens’ morality and to adopt the real name registration system.
    At the very beginning, to have ethical education is significant for netizens. When netizens are fully aware of their duties and obligations for Internet community, such cases as nude picture scandal won’t happen again because they know more about laws and regulations. They realize the functions of Internet are informative, entertaining and instructive and they would possibly try to be honest, lawful citizens before they become netizens. Next, when they do break laws and abuse human flesh search engine with evil intention, they will be tracked down and get punished, so the real name registration is needed. It will impose more pressure on irresponsible netizens.
    In short, a responsible netizen should abide by the laws and regulations, and register in real names so as to be entitled to various cyber resources. And once he or she goes astray, punishment is a must.
