   W: I see. I will send a repairman to check it within a day or two.
   M: What? A day or two? You don’t understand. I run a catering business and I have stored dozens of hamburgers inside my fridge and they are melting.
   W: I am sorry to hear that. In that case, I suggest you claim money for damage. How much will you estimate?
   M: I guess it is around $300, because there are 80 hamburgers in it right now.
   W: OK. I do sympathize but the maximum damage I can offer is $200. I suggest you call my superior about your issue. His number is 6636794.
   M: OK. One more thing. There is a dent on the front door of the fridge when it was delivered. I didn’t notice it then because it was too small. Can you have that checked too when your repairman arrives.
   W: Sure. Could you give me your address? We have three agencies located in this town: one close to the post-office, one near the station, and another opposite the library.
   M: Since my house is out of the way to the station, so I guess the library is the closest to me.
