答案     As a college student, you need to be more competitive in the job market in the future. So what is the best way to improve your competitive edge in college life? To my way of flunking, apart from good grades in exams, to participate in social activities on campus is the best way to improve your competitive edge.
    Initially, on-campus activities can help you master social skills which can be a deciding factor in your job-hunting experience. When you have an interview, your social skills are brought into full play. So the first impression is made by the talk between you and your prospective employer who will pay close attention to your communicative skills. Besides, your organization and management skills can be enhanced in on-campus activities. On the other hand, as too many social activities may disturb your study, you have to learn how to keep a good balance between academic study and social activities and then you would become more efficient in your time management. Moreover, you should know how to organize an attractive activity in practice and in return you are more and more capable of organizing any activity independently.
    In conclusion, to be properly involved in on-campus activities can help improve your overall competence so as to increase your competitiveness in job fairs.
