    Outside London the loans are lower—￡ 3,905 for students who qualify for the full loan, or ￡ 2, 930 for everyone else.
    (85) The maximum loan falls to ￡ 4,175 in London and ￡ 3,390 elsewhere for final-year students as the Government assumes they will be able to get a job at the end of the year. Again, 25 per cent of this is need-based. [br]
