I am interested in the offer and I’d like to take over the business. As I understand you are interested in the restaurant business, I hasten to inform you of the matter. Besides, the restaurant has been doing a booming business in spite of the general depression. The goodwill of the establishment therefore is worth several thousand dollars.
I intend to invest $5 000 in the business as I am short of money, and I should feel very glad if you are care to invest a similar amount, I believe we can get along as partners wonder fully well.
