    说明：以Pepsi公司市场部经理David Johns的名义给Green先生写一封答复其延期付款要求的信函。

    内容：
    1.感谢Green先生寄来的6 000美元的支票，现在账上的欠款还有4 000美元；
    2.对延迟付款表示理解，提出还款计划：在此后的四个月内，每月15日支付1000美元；
    3.如果Green先生另有设想，请致电David。否则，就视为同意还款计划。
