    I am writing to you to file a complaint with XX store against its service.
    I bought a XX mobile phone at 2800 Yuan on January 1 in that store. The moment I got home, I found that there were already some strange telephone numbers stored in this mobile phone. Apparently, this mobile phone was used by someone before. I felt cheated and returned to the store immediately.
    When I showed these telephone numbers to the shop assistant demanded a refund, the shop assistant refused my demand. She did not think the telephone numbers stored proved that the mobile phone had been used before.
