    Over the years, people in deep concern about the deteriorating ecology and in fear of falling as victims are beginning to lead a new and greener life known as " LOHAS "-lifestyles of health and sustainability. Today, one out of every four American people is a LOHAS practitioner and now it has moved to China.
    It is generally accepted that there are some methods to keep you live LOHAS. Firstly, it is recommended to eat healthy food and organic vegetables, clothe in natural fibers such as linen and cotton, use second-hand household appliances. At the same time, it is a good habit to keep exercising regularly, such as practicing walking, jogging and yoga, and listening to music to build up our bodies and souls. Thirdly, we are supposed to hold an optimistic and energetic life attitude, show sympathy and tolerance for others instead of being selfish and indifferent.
    Above all, LOHAS in essence reflects a sense of responsibility that we take ourselves, our families and the nature into account. Just do it naturally but not for vanity. We will deserve it as long as we stick to LOHAS.
