    I am a roomer living in a fiat rented through your agency. And now I am writing in hope of bringing your attention to the problem of my hot water heater. ! request your prompt reaction to this matter.
    A week ago (Nov. 20), after a day’s hard work, I returned to my flat and meant to take a warm shower. But when I turned on the tap in the bathroom, I found that hot water was not available. It was obvious that something was wrong with the hot water heater. Immediately I called your agents and explained the situation to one of them whose name is Henry Dick. He promised to send a repairman right away to come over and have a check. This repairman, after checking, said that a certain part needed replacing and that he would come again with the needed part the next day.
    But up to now, after one week has passed, that workman has never appeared and my boiler is still out of work. I am sure you understand how strongly I feel about this situation, especially in such cold whether. I strongly hope you send workers to come to solve this problem at once.
