   It’s commonly known that we are faced with countless difficulties in our daily life. I firmly hold the view that encouragement enables us to conquer them. Just as the saying goes, "A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success. "
   First of all, encouragement is the best means to make us feel better when we are dismayed. When we are in bad mood, an encouraging word can warm us up, energize us and help us make it through the day. What’s more, encouragement can give us courage and confidence to fight against hardships and motivate us to move on. When we are confronted with tough tasks, encouragement helps us build up our confidence and drives us out of the adverse circumstances we are stuck in.
   Beyond our imagination, encouragement arouses magical power which pushes us forward. I believe all difficulties that we face in our lives will be overcome with the encouragement from others. Therefore, from now on, we should express our encouragement to others generously and then we can feel that positive energy is all around us.
