    Hello, everyone! Here is a piece of good news for you.
    This summer vacation, approximately between July 15 and 20, a group of IT experts will be visiting our university. They’re from California and will show us the newest computer technology. So, we need five volunteers to accompany our foreign guests during their stay here. Following are the details:
    The first task is to pick them up at the airport and give them a warm welcome. The second is to accompany them to their meetings with Chinese colleagues. It is also the volunteer’s responsibility to act as an interpreter, which may include translating some Chinese papers into English. The third task is to show them around our city at the end of the academic exchanges. It is important for us to leave them with a good impression to encourage further co-operation.
    This is a good chance for you to improve your English. If you have passed CET-4 and are good at spoken English, please contact us.
