    I’m writing to you to say thanks. You are an excellent teacher and have inspired me to learn with an open and positive mind.
    I hold you in fond remembrance. Firstly, your smiling face and interesting gestures often make me remember activities in your class. It was these class activities that made me become interested in English. Secondly, it is you who gave me the confidence to overcome difficulties in English learning. When I came to the university, I lacked in courage and confidence to speak English publicly, you encouraged me from time to time, and you seldom  mentioned the mistakes I made in speaking. Al1 these spirited me up to communicate with my classmates and even foreigners in English. Thirdly, you urged me to read English novels Which helped me not only enlarge my vocabulary but also broaden my horizon.
