    Competition is very important in a person’s life.
[1] The so-culled "jungle principle" emphasizes that the fittest survives, which expands the essence of competition to a profound extent. In our modern society, so many well-educated and talented people

[3] the way for them to realize their dream, becomes especially
[4] more severe than we think it should be. A person should compete for his survival;
[5] otherwise, he would be thrown out of the tide of his age.
    Cooperation,
[6] however, also plays a significant role in a person’s career.  The development of transportation and communication brings our world into a mobile stage. People all over the world get in touch with each other more easily than before. It is hard for a person who is isolated from the society to have a deep understanding of the world he lives in,
[7] let alone accomplishment in his career. In some sense, cooperation is the requirement of the information era.
[8] My viewpoint is that the way for a person to achieve success is to keep a good balance between competition and cooperation.
[9] In other words, he has to cooperate with others to be more competitive, and compete to get a better environment for cooperation.
