答案                   My View on Good Manners in Public Places
    People all over the world highly value good manners. To a certain degree, good manners indicate a person’s good education and accomplishment. In schools, it is part of students’ moral instruction to develop good manners. A person with good manners always wins praise and admiration. On the other hand, people will keep away from a person if he or she behaves rudely and impolitely.
    Good manners of many types should be practiced in public places. Firstly, it is good manners to offer help to the young, the old and the handicapped when they are in need of it. Secondly, we should talk politely and avoid using rude expressions. Thirdly, we should be on guard against such minor offences as making loud noises, littering with fruit peels and nutshells, and smoking everywhere.
    If everyone develops good manners, we can form a more harmonious relationship among us. If everyone behaves considerately towards others and lives up to the highest social standards, the world will be a better place. Civilization is built up bit by bit when everybody minds their manners.
