And some even chat till midnight. Next day, they skip classes to sleep in the dormitory.     College students will play an important role in the society. Therefore, we should take measures to correct their bad habits. First, both universities and families should try their best. They could supervise the students to form healthy living habits. Second, the health education could be promoted in the universities. In the developed countries, the comprehensive, systematic and designed health education has been carried out. Third, some rules and regulations could be made to restrain students’ behaviors.
    Good habits will improve the health of body and spirit, and exert a positive influence on students’ future. On the contrary, bad habits will make a negative effect on personal health and study. Accordingly, college students should try their best to cultivate a healthy lifestyle.
