   Firstly, we’d better share our difficulties with families or friends. They are the great choices once we need others to share our pressure or anxieties and can also provide assistance for us. Once we read a famous person’ s biography, we will find that compared with them, what we suffer is not a big deal.
   Generally speaking, we can never avoid hardships in our lives. Life is full of roses and thorns, so we should be confident that we will not be defeated by them. In addition, we should also have the faith to conquer all the difficulties during our lives.
