    Nowadays, there exist lots of fast food restaurants here and there in our country. However, the reasons for their popularity are varied.
    To begin with, fast food can be done quickly, saving customers’ precious time. Moreover, people find that it is convenient to find a fast food restaurant and order a takeaway. In addition, most fast food restaurants provide comfortable environment, clean food, and excellent services which cater to both the old and the young.
    As far as I’m concerned , we can choose fast food occasionally but we cannot have it too often. For one thing, fast food is usually not very nutritious. Thus eating too much fast food will do harm to our health. For another, we can get great pleasure from cooking together with our family members at home. In brief, fast food is a good choice for us when we are hungry but it should not become our staples.
