一、Lead-in(1min)
①Daily greeting
Greet with students as usual.
②Teacher will show some picture of food,let students to
talk about the food they like.
二、Pre-reading(2min)
Free talk:Ask students to have a talk about how many does?they know about eight diagram.
(Justification:In this way,students who love to express themselves will stand up and tell all of us their idea.Therefore,their interest in English class will be aroused and they will pay attention to the class learning.)
三、While-reading(6min)
1、Fast reading
After free talk,they will have already know the meaning of yin and yang,Then,we will start our class and have a fast reading to get the main idea of each paragraph.
2.Detailed reading
①In order to get a deeper analysis of this passage,students will be ask the following questions:(1)why people feel so tired or weak?and what should they do?(2)If one have too much yang,what should he/she do?
(Justification:Through this way,students can grasp the general idea of this new article,and their reading ability will be improved.)
四、Post-reading(5min)
Four students in a group,and make a table about their lifestyle.After some minutes,to show in front of class.
(Justification:this activity calls up the students'attention and students'group work capability will be improved)
五、Summary and homework(1min)
Summary:Invite one of them to be my teaching assistant and help me review what we have learned today.
Homework:Students interview their parents'lifestyle.
