Warranty Card
Ellington Tools, Inc., warrants to the original consumer that each of its products and all components therein contained will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any warranty hereunder is extended only to the original consumer purchaser and is not assignable.
In the event of malfunction or other indication of failure attributable directly to faulty workmanship or material, Ellington Tools, Inc., will at its option, repair or replace said products or components to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to restore said product to proper operating condition, provided the consumer purchaser has previously returned the enclosed Warranty Registration Card to Ellington Tools, Inc..
When sending an item for repair or replacement, the customer must include his or her name, street address and phone number for us to assist in returning shipment. It is recommended(not required)to enclose a note explaining the problem the customer had using the item.
The customer shall be solely responsible for failure of any Ellington Tools, Inc. product or component thereof, resulting from accident, abuse or misapplication of the product, and Ellington Tools, Inc. assumes no liability as a consequence of such events under the terms of the Warranty.
