This is Jake Stevens with our late morning update on road and traffic conditions. We’d like to remind listeners that the transportation department’s six-month project to widen Dover Street began yesterday. Construction crews have closed eastbound Dover Street between the Highway 10 ramp and the Water Street Bridge. For commuters heading downtown, the best alternate route is eastbound Adams Street. Note that the number 114 Dover bus is also being re-routed to Adams Street. Other than that, traffic is moving smoothly, with only minor slow spots reported around Financial Tower.
