Welcome, everyone. As you know, we will be here at the Hamlin Hotel all day doing the catering for Greentree Bank’s employee banquet. Before we begin preparing, I wanted to tell you about one small change. Shelly from the bank called me a moment ago and said she wants the round dinner tables to be closer together to create a warmer atmosphere. We should be sure the tables are evenly spaced, though. There are no changes to the menu. We’ll be serving light snacks at 3 p.m., and dinner begins at 6 and will probably last until 8 to 10 p.m. We all have a lot of work to do, so let’s get started.
