Company buses are one part of company’s symbols. When travelling in the city, new and clean company buses give attractive and reliable image. It’d better to invest in this part. However, taking into consideration that engines of old company buses were just replaced last year, we could only repair or renew the appearance and inner equipment.

The company is planning to increase its international market shares, particularly in China and Japan. Therefore, attending culture comparative courses would be of significant help for employees who will deal with business partners and customers in those regions. In addition, staff members would get along with each other as classmates. They would certainly remember this period of happy time for many years to come. Therefore, the idea of spending on culture comparative courses is not bad.

The pay level is clearly important to most people. High levels of pay allow workers to obtain more material possessions. And special bonuses payment could give every employee a clear sign that more profits for the company means more bonuses for them. It could be a great stimulus to them.
