    50．impacts on that manifest themselves by fundamentally altering an organisation’s
    51．capability or capacity to compete with. Little of what gets billed as being these days
    52．is actually strategic. In fact, it seems that the word "strategic"  in conjunction with recruiting is most often used by vendors selling goods and services that have absolutely no strategic impact. [br]
