M: Good morning. This is Bob Jensen from Streamline Company. May I speak to Mr Simpson?
F: I am afraid Mr Simpson is not in right now. He is on his lunch break. Can I take a message?
M: Yes, if you don’t mind.
F: Can I have your name first?
M: It’s Bob, Jensen. J-E-N-S-E-N.
F: OK.
M: It’s about the agreement we discussed yesterday. I think we need to make some changes. I have been looking into the question of having the goods sent by air. You see, freight costs are too high and if we operate on terms as we’ve provisionally agreed, it might be an increase in our expenses. I wonder if it is possible to have them sent by rail or by sea, which is much cheaper.
F: OK, Mr Jensen, I’ll tell Mr Simpson about it. So you want him to call you back?
M: Yes, ask him to call me at the hotel before six. I am leaving Denver tonight.
F: Would you tell me your number?
