   In this part of the test you are asked to give a short talk on a business topic. You have to choose ne of the topics from the two below and then talk for about one minute. You have one minute to prepare your ideas.

? Thank you. That’s the end of the first part of the test. In the next part you are each going to talk on your own.
? Now, I’m going to give each of you a card with two topics. I’d like to choose one topic and talk about it for about one minute. You have one minute to prepare for this. You are allowed to make notes.
? All right? Here are your topics.
[Each candidate is handed a different topic card, and some paper and a pencil for notes]

? All right now. *B, which topic have you chosen, A, or B? So would you like to talk about what you think is important when arranging a business trip abroad?
[B talks.]
   First, we should choose ways of transportation.
   There are many ways available. We can go abroad by train, by air, by ship. Of course, it depends the time  and  money  of  our company.  Second,’ Accommodation should be taken into account. We should book the room early, and plan how long we will stay. Third, we should also appoint the engagement with the person you are going to meet. We should also check the date when we get there to see whether the time is suitable for them.
Interlocutor:
? Thank you. Now, *A, what do you think is the most important
[A replies.]
In my opinion, to contact the person you are going to meet is the most important.
? Thank you. All right. Now, *A, which topic have you chosen, A, or B? So would you like to talk about what you  think  is  important when  traveling by air for business?
[A talks.]
   Well. This is a little bit complicated question. Many aspects need paying attention to. First, we should take flight departure times into account. It’s certain the flight we have choosen is ideal for our appointment.  Second, In-flight service is also important. Any annoyance could affect our mood, and thus give bad influence on our business. Third, we should also care about transportation to and from airports. Otherwise, we may waste much time on driving and even delay our departure. That’s all. Thank you.

   Well, according to me, flight departure times is the most important thing, Two other things are less important compared with it.
