答案     I choose topic A — what is important when making a public speech in business conference. With regard to this topic, I have the following ideas:
    To begin with, topic is the basis for speech. If we choose a boring topic to talk about, we’re facing an unsuccessful outcome. As long as you know what stuff the audience may be tired of hearing, never mention it.
    Second, equipment needed is another important element for the speech. It couldn’t be worse if the equipment needed in the presentation breaks down. Presentation techniques depend heavily on equipment. Spending some money to rent high-performance equipment is well worthy.
    Third, type of audience is another important element. An excellent presenter is good at marking off different types of audience from their occupations and social status. Then he picks up his method accordingly in hopes of positive reactions.
    I choose topic B — what is important when setting up a production plant in another country. For this topic, there are three items as follows;
    Firstly, cost is the first item to be considered. Low cost is the good beginning of the future success. So the company should be able to afford it. Controlling the cost reasonably can give the company more chance and space to get benefit, and develop itself in a long perspective.
    Secondly, labor supply is another important item for setting up a production plant in another country. Whether there is enough labor supply for the production concerns the manufacturing of the whole plant. If we have enough cheap labor supply, we can cut down the cost of our products and earn more profit. So labor supply can be the crucial item for setting up a production plant in another country.
    Finally, location is also a decisive item. The place with good transportation can be the best choice for establishing a plant in another country. Thereby we are able to get raw materials and sell products easily and conveniently. But the plant should be far away from the downtown, considering the cost and heavy traffic.
