    But feminine colors have also become popular. "Light green and a fine rose color play an increasing role. Such colors express innovation and sensitivity." Venn says.
    Also, patterns that stand out can be an interesting eye catcher in a private environment but are unsuitable in business.
   "Stripes and small geometric patterns are more appropriate in business," Vogelsang says, "but stripes should never run vertically or horizontally."
