    Happiness seems to be elusive to us. Some of us want to be happy by making a lot of money but end up more upset than ever before. What is the secret of a happy life? As to me, a happy life is contingent upon a "satisfactory" and natural attitude towards life.
    First of all, if we feel content about ourselves, we would not bother ourselves with lots of material pursuit. As the Chinese saying goes, "he who is content is happy". From this age-old wisdom, we could see that happiness is derived from a "satisfactory" attitude towards life. No complaints; just heart-felt satisfaction will do the magic. Secondly, a right attitude helps us establish appropriate expectation on life. Usually, we feel unhappy for an unfulfilled target or for a deliberate attempt to capture "happiness". I remember a story about a dialogue between a puppy and his mother. The puppy complained to his mother, "I chase happiness, but it keeps running away from me". His mother smiled and answered, "There is no need to run for it. Happiness is in your tail. If you walk ahead, it will follow you, naturally." From this fable, we understand that happiness is natural, not deliberate.
    In conclusion, a happy life has everything to do with your attitude. If you feel content with your life, happiness will follow, immediately.
