The building in the picture is so crooked that the buyer thinks it’s impossible to live in the apartment. However, the real estate developer is sitting on its roof at ease because he believes the building won’t collapse with so many official seals of approval.
    There are several causes contributing to this phenomenon. For one thing, the construction process did not meet the standard. The developers may shorten the duration of a project to cut the cost. For another, some supervisors don’t take their own responsibility. Sometimes they don’t follow the legal procedures to grant the approval of acceptance.
    In conclusion, quality is more important than speed. Thus both developers and supervision departments should strictly stick to some regulations in order to ensure the quality of construction.
