    Throughout ages, professional dedication, as a Chinese traditional virtue, has always been put a high value on. When it comes to modern enterprises, professional dedication is of crucial importance to both the enterprise and its staff. For the enterprise, the foundation of its modern system is in sore need of professional dedication, without which the enterprise will be powerless in the brutal market competition. For the staff, professional dedication is the noble expression of professional ethics. A man without professional spirit cannot get others’ respect.
    Therefore, by some means or other we must come to know how to cultivate professional dedication. On the one hand, the enterprise should establish and improve its incentive mechanism to enhance the staff’s dedication; those who contribute to the enterprise’s success deserve an honorary title or material rewards. On the other hand, as a staff member, we should uphold a strong sense of ownership and act responsibly in our job.
    In a word, professional dedication seems ordinary but great in human society. Therefore, both the enterprise and its staff should keep exploring in cultivating this precious spirit.
