To begin with, having a good sense of community responsibility is helpful to avoid disagreements among team members, promote teamwork and improve work efficiency, which is particularly important in contemporary society. Therefore, there is no modern enterprise that does not pay attention to cultivating the collective consciousness of employees. Furthermore, people with a sense of community responsibility are more likely to adhere to the rules and regulations set by their communities, consciously conduct themselves politely and guard against such uncivilized behavior as making a loud noise, casting peels and shells, smoking, and spitting, thus contributing to promoting the establishment of a harmonious society.
   In short, a good sense of community responsibility can motivate us to perfect the communities where we live and work and promote the sustainability of our environment.
