  One month ago, I bought a new color TV set in your store at the recommendation of your salesman. But now I’m afraid I have to complain about its poor quality. First, the picture does riot appear quite clearly at all. Second, some channel buttons do not work well. What is more, there is sometimes no sound and the color is sometimes not stable. So, you see, instead of getting enjoyment, we’ve got trouble and inconveniences from this TV set.
  I am a constant customer of your store and appreciate very much your slogan "Customer
First, Service Best". I really wish what has happened were accidental and I want to have the set repaired or changed. If not, I’d rather have my money back. I still have the receipt and I hope what I’ve claimed for is not too much.
