M: Welcome to Blue Ribbon Corporation, Miss Wilson. Did you have any trouble finding us?
W: No, Mr. Bradley. I worked at First Savings Bank across the street, so I’ m very familiar with the area.
M: Wonderful. So, I can see from your resume that you have a lot of experience in the banking sector. Before First Savings, you were at Bank of the West, right?
W: Yes, that was right after I graduated from Yale University with a master’ s degree in finance. I learned a lot there, but I was offered a higher position with a better salary at First Savings.
M: And now, why are you here? I mean, it seems like you had a great position and a good salary. What do you think you will add to the Blue Ribbon family?
W: My particular skills have more to do with making deals rather than accounting, and there’ s only so much room for that at a bank. Money is not the issue, as I’ m already quite wealthy. I’ m looking for a different set of challenges and a new set of partners.
M: I think the business environment here would suit you very well, Miss Wilson. When can you start?
