First of all, a leader takes responsibility for making decisions and guiding the others. Personally, I don’t like being told what to do, so I would prefer to be able to make the decisions. The second reason is that if you take the responsibility of being the leader, you are more active. This means that you are more concerned about what is happening around you, and you don’t just wait for other people to do everything. Finally, if you are a good leader, then the others will respect you. Gaining people’s respect is important if you want to have a good place in society.
