    Dear Sheldon,
    Thank you for sending me a copy of the itinerary for my trip to Hong Kong next week. I just have a couple of quick questions for you.
    Firstly, some urgent Business has just come up. I will need to Be in the UK on the morning of the 25th to lead a workshop on computer skills. It would Be Better if I could be there a day in advance to set up the facilities and meet with the organizers. Is it possible to make the necessary rearrangements to the schedule?
    Secondly, I do not recall requesting a Business class seat for either leg of the trip. If the business class seat on the flight from London to Hong Kong is complimentary—either Because I have been awarded an upgrade By the airline or Because Velocity is offering me a special benefit—then I am happy to accept this kind offer. However, if I am expected to pay extra for this leg of the trip, I would much prefer to sit in economy class. I hope you can illuminate this situation so that there is no misunderstanding.
