    This is the final notice advising you that a motor vehicle registered under your name used a state highway without paying the toll as required by law. As the registered operator of the vehicle, you are liable for a $25 fine in accordance with state law. If you would like to challenge this notice, please get in touch with the Resolutions Office at resolutions@ statehighway.gov.kc. Simply complete the form attached with this letter, outlining the driver of the vehicle and their personal details, and have it signed by a notary public. Then, mail it to the State Highway Authority at PO Box 4322, Albany, New York.
