问题     The purpose of this memo is to let you know that some technicians from the IT team will come in at 11 am this morning to check the cables on this floor. In order to do this, they will need to rearrange some of the office furniture. As a result, there may be some disruption to activities on this floor.
    This work is being done in response to a number of complaints from employees on this floor about the poor quality of their Internet service. To ensure there are no further problems, the IT technicians will need an hour or so to do this work properly. I suggest that sales and marketing staff use this opportunity to take an early lunch break. For those of you with urgent work that you need to carry on with at this time, it may be more efficient to borrow a company laptop from the supplies room and use one of the conference rooms on the 2nd floor.
    I apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and I hope it can improve the quality of the Internet service on the 4th floor. Please let me know whether the service improves.
