The program does this by searching for common phrases and sentences. Each student must log into the program with their university I.D., and then submit their paper. After Fit-Right runs a check, a result is given, but not to the student. Ms. Withers explains. "If the program comes back with a negative result, then that student’s I.D. and paper are sent directly to their professor. Whatever happens next will be up to the professor."
