Hammond stressed that the key to long-lived happiness is making the decision to stay optimistic.
Hammond, who is also a respected professor at Southcane University, has authored different books about personality enhancement and developmental psychology. The Happiness Formula was launched two weeks ago by Leehorn Publishing House and is currently number one on the Fortnightly Informant’s best-seller list.
