It has come to my attention that many passengers have complained about the rude behavior of some Transpoway taxi drivers. Here are some basic guidelines on treating passengers properly.
(A) Be polite. Always smile and let passengers feel that you are happy to serve them. Don’t forget to say "please" and "thank you" whenever necessary.
(B) Be honest. If passengers do not know how to get to a destination, take the fastest route. Do not take advantage of passengers by taking long routes to keep your meter running.
(C) Do not be choosy about passengers. Many people have said Transpoway drivers refused to take them to locations outside the city. Except for security reasons, no driver is allowed to reject passengers.
