Good morning everyone, I’d like to thank you for coming to this meeting. I’d like to start off by making an important announcement. The offices on the 32nd floor are being refloored, starting on Wednesday. Anyone whose office is on that floor should check the company bulletin board to find his or her temporary office assignment. The reflooring should be finished in a week. Make sure you bring all personal belongings or items of personal value with you when you go to the new office. Don’t worry about your computers.
