Hello, Ms. Folsom. This is Jim Bibbins from the Audio Visual department. I’m just calling to tell you that I’ve had to change the room that you reserved since it’s closed because of a water leak in its place. I’ve reserved you another larger room. The room is equipped with a desktop and digital projector, just like the last one. There is also a slide projector in the desk, if you need it. You’ll need to come by the Audio Visual department to pick up the electronic key to the room, and the remote control for the projector. The key will be available one hour before your presentation.
