I’d like to thank everyone for attending our meeting here today despite your busy schedules. I’d like to take this chance to clarify our new policy regarding business travel here at the Kensington Institute. Employees are required to get written approval from their supervisors prior to any planned business trips. Failure to do so will result in denied compensation and possible termination of position. To get approval, employees must fill out form C, which can be picked up in the human resources department here at head office. It is also important to remember that employees are required to fly economy class, and may not reserve tickets for business or first class using the company account.
