Good afternoon, this is Sara Lee. We met a few days ago to discuss the apartment rental. I’ve decided to take the apartment if it’s still available, although there is one issue I would like to mention. During the winter, there is no street parking allowed in your neighborhood from midnight until 6 a.m. This is a problem for me. As you know, I own a car and use it regularly for work. I am wondering then, would it be possible to use your garage. I realize that you are using it for storing boxes and equipment at the moment, but perhaps it could be emptied for the winter. If so, I am definitely interested in renting the apartment. Please let me know your decision by the end of the week if you can. Thanks again.
