M: Oh, hi, Sandy. We’ve already shipped out part of the order. We’re still waiting on the hydraulic pump, though. That’s coming from a new supplier, so it may take two or three more days.
W: I see. Well, we really need that pump to keep our production lines running. We can’t afford any interruptions because we’re supplying the school district with boxed lunches. I’ll gladly pay an added shipping fee for expedited service.
M: I think we can arrange that. I’ll have the pump sent out right away, directly from the supplier. Just be sure someone in your facility is there to sign for the delivery.
