Good morning, all. My name is Ken Dixon, and today I’ll talk to you about a career with Falcon Airlines. To work as a flight attendant with us, you first must be accepted into our 10-week training program. So, what do we consider when we hire? Fluency in a second language is helpful but not required. Likewise, a major in tourism is useful but not mandatory. No aviation experience is needed, although all of our current flight attendants did have at least two years of customer service experience before we hired them. What is it like to work at Falcon?
