M: Ms, Michaels, do you have time to discuss the new regulation about reimbursements for company expenses? A few of our employees have raised some concerns about it.
W: I understand the online forms might be challenging to fill out, but they’re basically the same as the paper forms that were used before.
M: The response I’ve gotten is that the-staff would prefer the old system. They still have to show receipts, so, in effect, they’re filling out forms both on paper and online.
W: Well, we decided to make the process computer-based to save paper and be more environmentally friendly. Perhaps we should ask the staff to propose some other methods to make things easier for everyone involved.
